Lead development and governance of analog/mixed-signal design environments, EDA tool ecosystems, and CAD infrastructure to ensure productivity and reproducibility across silicon programs.
Manage Linux-based compute infrastructure including compute farms, storage, job scheduling, and license servers to optimize performance and scalability.
Own design data governance, tapeout manifest creation, version control systems, and configuration management to enable audit readiness and tapeout integrity.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
10+ years experience in analog/mixed-signal design or CAD support with 5+ years leadership experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with Virtuoso and analog design flows including schematic, layout, verification, PDK integration, and tapeout processes.
Strong Linux system administration and scripting skills (Python, Tcl, Shell, SKILL); experience with compute grid management and license management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in analog/mixed-signal design flow development combined with infrastructure leadership in CAD/EDA environments.
Proven capability managing complex design data governance, manifest and configuration management in multi-node, multi-project environments.
Technical leader comfortable interfacing with cross-functional teams including analog design, digital CAD, IT, and EDA tool vendors, driving tool evaluation and upgrades.
