Develop and maintain Network Resource Adapters for Telecom OSS domains including Fault Management (FM), Performance Management (PM), and Inventory.
Design Resource Adapters for multiple Network Element types ensuring design integrity and standardization.
Plan and execute Resource Adapter releases and facilitate knowledge transfer to the Delivery Team.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent with minimum 75% marks.
1+ years of Java development experience specifically in OSS development and deployment.
Experience with telecom OSS FM, PM, and Inventory domains and application of telecom protocols (REST API, NETCONF, SNMP, Telemetry, TL1).
Proficiency in object-oriented Java programming and scripting languages such as XML, Perl, Python, or Shell in Linux environments.
Experience working on telecom OSS platforms with knowledge of IP/MPLS, Optical Networks, Telco Cloud, 5G, and SD-WAN domains preferred.
Ability to review solution designs and collaborate with process experts to improve system usability and effectiveness.
Hands-on development experience with complex network management adapters and integration capability in multi-vendor network environments.
