Lead a team of up to 10 finance professionals accountable for end-to-end Reporting & Accounting (R&A) processes including controlling, accounting, reporting, and management information for the Downstream business portfolio.
Own and ensure timely, complete, and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual Group Financial Returns, local statutory reporting, and planning & forecasting processes for entities in scope.
Drive continuous improvement of R&A processes and financial controls, support annual business plans and quarterly estimates, provide insightful financial analysis to leadership, and maintain data integrity and audit readiness.
Accounting qualification with 10+ years of experience in financial reporting.
University degree in finance-related discipline plus professional certification (e.g., CIMA, MBA) preferred.
Experience working in dynamic or start-up environments involving ambiguity and change management.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in relevant finance/reporting roles.
Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization for financial reporting and controlling.
Strong business partnering skills with ability to influence senior business and finance leaders and resolve complex reporting issues.
Proven ability to deliver under pressure with strong attention to detail and to drive performance improvement through insightful financial analysis.
