Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience with MS SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance analysis.
4+ years of experience in C# development and/or SQL development.
4-6 years of experience in API/Web Service integration involving JSON/XML and data extraction from diverse sources (FTP/SFTP, SharePoint, email).
Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant technologies as above. No explicit mention of notice period or mandatory degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating across management and leadership levels including architects and directors to align enterprise integration initiatives.
Strong technical risk and issue identification and resolution skills in enterprise application integration contexts.
Candidate with prior exposure to call center applications integration (Ivanti ITSM, Avaya CMS, Genesys CIC, InContact, Altitude) and familiarity with AWS cloud or BPO operations would be favored but not mandatory.
