Sr. Solutions Architect

Own end-to-end solution design and commercial response for outsourcing deals from qualification to contract signature and handoff to implementation.

Develop and present client solutions including cost estimates, staffing models, pricing assumptions; coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, WFM, recruiting, training, quality) to produce viable solutions.

Identify client pain points and business requirements through discovery; design multi-channel outsourcing solutions combining people, process, and automation matching client needs and RCX delivery capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred but not mandatory).

At least 4 years of progressive experience in BPO, contact center, or outsourced services solutioning, sales support, or operations leadership with proven deal-shaping success.

Strong hands-on experience building outsourcing solutions across customer care, sales, retention, back office, and trust/safety verticals including labor models, delivery footprint, and pricing.

Cross-industry experience required with exposure to large, complex outsourcing programs and transitions showing measurable improvements in cost, customer satisfaction, efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Experienced in designing integrated outsourcing solutions for multiple verticals with ability to apply cross-industry learnings effectively.

Proven capability to lead client discovery, pain point identification, and operational modeling to create practical and scalable solutions aligned with client needs.

Operationally savvy with strong commercial acumen in large complex outsourcing deals, capable of orchestrating multi-team collaboration to win and deliver results.
