Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in tender-based sales, preferably in engineering/manufacturing sectors.
B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline preferred.
Hands-on experience with GeM portal operations and government/PSU tender processes mandatory.
Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Excel reporting required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple government or PSU tender bids end-to-end in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Skilled in pricing, margin analysis, and cross-departmental coordination to facilitate smooth tender submission and order processing.
Capable of leading junior executives in tender preparation and managing relationships with government utilities, OEMs, and contractors.
