About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and enterprise-scale data models integrating data from Azure, SQL Server, Databricks, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Implement Row Level Security and data access controls, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
- Support end-to-end BI lifecycle including requirement gathering, deployment, production troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience including DAX, Power Query, and report/dashboard development.
- Experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, and Power BI Gateway and Workspace Administration.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end BI projects with strong focus on Power BI performance tuning and optimization.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with Data Engineers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and cloud data platforms, preferably with domain knowledge in Retail, Supply Chain, Customer Analytics, or Finance.
