Develop and maintain scalable automation, observability, and data analytics solutions to enhance Unified Communications network operational efficiency and reliability.

Proficient in end-to-end DevOps practices, including code development, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting in a multi-cloud/containerized environment.
Capable of translating operational requirements into maintainable technical solutions and effectively communicating with technical and operational stakeholders.
