Develop and maintain scalable automation, observability, and data analytics solutions to enhance Unified Communications network operational efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with network subject-matter experts to identify opportunities for automation, monitoring, and operational improvement.
Ensure solution quality through comprehensive testing and support continuous integration/deployment in an Agile/DevOps environment; may require shift, night, weekend, or overtime work.
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in scripting, automation, observability, or data analytics solutions.
Hands-on experience with relevant technologies including Python, APIs, microservices, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Elastic Stack, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
Bachelor of Technology or Master of Computer Applications degree required.
Practical experience with Agile delivery, continuous integration and deployment, and automated testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and delivering automation frameworks and observability solutions in network operational environments, preferably Unified Communications.
Proficient in end-to-end DevOps practices, including code development, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting in a multi-cloud/containerized environment.
Capable of translating operational requirements into maintainable technical solutions and effectively communicating with technical and operational stakeholders.
