Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
3–7 years of software engineering experience with strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
Experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, SQL/databases, cloud technologies (OCI, AWS, or Azure), Agile development, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Engineer with prior experience or interest in healthcare payer domain including claims processing, enrollment, benefits, and provider payments workflows.
Developer comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools and modern productivity technologies within Agile environments.
Candidate skilled in building cloud-native microservices with understanding of distributed systems and able to contribute technical leadership within a distributed engineering team.
