Design, deploy, and support enterprise Linux (RHEL, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu) and cloud infrastructure across AWS and OCI.
Serve as L3 escalation point for critical Linux and cloud incidents, owning root cause analysis and prevention.
Implement and optimize monitoring solutions (Zabbix), automation (Bash scripting), and maintain security compliance and hardening.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Linux administration (RHEL, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu) and cloud platforms AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Proven L3 incident management and escalation experience with end-to-end RCA ownership.
Strong Bash scripting skills and expertise in monitoring with Zabbix.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise or MSP environments managing complex Linux and cloud infrastructure.
Capable of operational leadership in incident management and system optimization including security hardening.
Proficient in both Linux system engineering and cloud architecture, with a focus on automation and monitoring solutions.
