About This Role

Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance Golang backend server-side applications.

Accountable for building distributed, fault-tolerant microservices with strong experience in REST APIs, gRPC, and backend databases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements and project timelines.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years of backend development experience.

Strong hands-on Golang development skills including concurrency patterns, memory management, and frameworks like Gin/Echo/Fiber.

Experience with microservices architecture, REST/gRPC APIs, and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or other NoSQL.

Experience with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2) and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in designing and leading backend systems using Golang in distributed, scalable environments.

Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing product delivery with stakeholders.

Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD tools, and has exposure to Java(Spring Boot) and frontend frameworks (ReactJS/NextJS) indicating full-stack awareness.
