Optimize production assembly methods and equipment to minimize labor hours while meeting quality, efficiency, cost, and safety targets.
Lead Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives including project planning, budgeting, and execution within defined timelines.
Analyze and design material flows, operational processes, and factory architecture to implement automated and standardized smart manufacturing solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics or related Engineering.
12–15 years of relevant experience in Automation or Industrial Engineering.
Advanced knowledge of PLC, SCADA/HMI, Industry 4.0, IoT and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, RS232/RS485, Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus.
Work location: Nelamangala, Bangalore, India (on-site).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing smart factory projects from concept to implementation, including complex stakeholder engagement and communication.
Strong technical skills across automation programming (C#/.NET, Python), industrial protocols, and CAD tools with knowledge of machine design.
Familiarity with Operational Excellence methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis to drive continuous improvements.
