Principal Product Manager, Core Network

Own product strategy and evolution of CPN Payments Engine powering payment creation, routing, settlement, and lifecycle management.

Lead product investments and decisions to improve payment performance (success rates, latency, resilience) and expand payment corridors and capabilities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and commercial teams for alignment on high-impact platform improvements and operational tooling.

10+ years relevant experience with significant Product Management in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.

Experience owning platform or infrastructure products like APIs, payment processing, settlement, or routing systems.

Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Strong analytical and technical fluency to leverage payment performance and operational data for decision-making.

Experienced in large-scale payment infrastructure products with proven delivery of measurable improvements in system reliability and performance.

Strategic thinker able to evaluate complex technical/business trade-offs and lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment at senior levels.

Familiar with payment networks, cross-border payments, settlement systems, compliance-focused payments, and developer-facing APIs.
