Support delivery and coordination of custody product initiatives, ensuring project milestones are met.
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for custody product enhancements and regulatory changes.
Assist with process analysis, documentation, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder communication to enable effective project execution.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Data/Analytics, or related field.
8+ years experience in product management/delivery, business analysis, or change delivery within financial services, preferably Securities Services / Custody and Asset Servicing.
Demonstrated domain knowledge of Asset Servicing including Corporate Actions and Income Processing lifecycle and controls.
Experience or working knowledge of Xceptor or similar workflow/data automation tools to improve Straight Through Processing (STP).
Deep understanding of custody operations, securities processing, regulatory environment, and ability to translate regulatory requirements into product features.
Experience working with Client Reference Data and Asset Reference Data including data quality, governance, and remediation approaches.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams collaboratively across Operations, Technology, Data, and Risk while focusing on measurable delivery outcomes.
