Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance solutions (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, Bank Accounting, Cash Management) supporting Record-to-Report, AP, AR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting processes.
Lead or contribute to SAP implementation, enhancement, and S/4HANA projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and cutover activities across global aerospace business processes.
Manage cross-functional SAP integration (MM, SD, PP, CO, PS), collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, interface), stakeholders, and mentor team members to deliver scalable SAP Finance solutions in a complex global environment.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of relevant SAP Finance experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, Engineering, STEM, or related discipline.
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cash Management) and cross-functional integration (FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-PP).
Experience with SAP FI implementation/support lifecycles including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale SAP Finance solution design and implementation within complex, global enterprise or aerospace environments.
Skilled at managing complex business requirements, driving consensus with mid-to-senior management, and collaborating across multiple global stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated capability in mentoring junior consultants and leading cross-functional teams, with strong functional and technical integration understanding.
