Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance solutions including FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, Bank Accounting, and Cash Management modules.
Lead or contribute to SAP implementation, enhancement, S/4HANA, and change-request projects covering requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Manage cross-functional SAP integration (FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-PP), support financial close activities, resolve production issues, and collaborate with global stakeholders and technical teams in a hybrid work setup with night shift hours (05:30PM to 01:30AM).
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of relevant SAP Finance functional experience with hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Cash Management.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, Engineering, STEM, or related discipline mandatory.
Strong knowledge and experience in SAP FI including R2R processes, financial reporting, month-end/year-end close, configuration, and cross-module integration.
Work Shift: Night shift from 05:30PM to 01:30AM; Hybrid work location at Bengaluru, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced SAP Finance functional lead with strong track record in SAP FI implementations and S/4HANA projects within complex, global enterprise environments, preferably aerospace or manufacturing.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional SAP integration and collaborate with ABAP and interface teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Skilled in stakeholder management at middle and senior management levels and mentoring junior consultants or team members.
