Own end-to-end data analysis activities including data profiling, mapping, transformation, and standardization for large-scale data applications.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, including client SMEs, to gather requirements and ensure data quality and integrity.
Create and maintain detailed documentation such as source-to-target mappings (STTM), data lineage, data models, and design docs to support data consolidation and transformation efforts.
3-6 years of work experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data transformations within large-scale data applications.
Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, SQL, and BRD creation with requirements gathering.
Mandatory domain experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance, including policy, claims lifecycle, and reinsurance business.
Bachelor's degree; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong domain expertise in P&C insurance data processes with demonstrated understanding of policy, claims, and reinsurance workflows.
Capable of independently integrating into teams and driving deliverables related to data profiling, standardization, and mapping.
