Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Own end-to-end marketing execution for RenewCO2’s technical products targeted at chemical, fuel, and industrial gas producers, managing messaging, content, digital channels, events, and commercial/investor support.
Translate complex technical and economic source material into clear, defensible marketing arguments that influence slow, multi-stakeholder B2B sales decisions.
Lead and grow a marketing function including managing a Brand & Marketing Designer, vendors, marketing budget, and coordinating with US-based technical and commercial leadership.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years marketing technical products such as process technology, capital equipment, energy, or industrial hardware; consumer and software marketing does not qualify.
Ability to produce accurate, technical marketing copy from primary source documents without engineering rewriting.
Experience managing B2B conference programs and using LinkedIn (organic & paid), CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), GA4, and CMS publishing hands-on.
Bachelor's degree required; degrees in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials, or environmental engineering preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable operating within long sales cycles involving procurement, sustainability, and engineering functions in industrial markets like chemicals, hydrogen, carbon management, or sustainable fuels.
Experience working at hard-tech or climate-tech firms between pilot and first plant stage, able to market credible growth plans without overpromising.
Proven ability to build marketing frameworks and systems from scratch within resource constraints, working collaboratively with senior technical stakeholders and managing cross-functional vendors.
