Minimum Requirements
10+ years in enterprise data management, including 5+ years leading data governance or master data management programs and 3+ years managing teams.
Experience with large enterprises (5,000+ employees) using SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) and familiarity with SAP Ariba procurement data.
3+ years working with procurement, sourcing, or supply-chain data, covering Vendor Master, Material Master, Spend, Category Taxonomy, and Contracts.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Data/Information Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in enterprise data governance with demonstrated success operationalizing data governance operating models and stewarding multi-region teams.
Strong expertise in procurement data domains combined with hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and data management platforms such as Informatica, Collibra, or Ataccama.
Capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Security, Compliance) across US and Asia time zones and translate complex data concepts into actionable, executive-level communications.
