Design, build, and execute load, stress, spike, soak/endurance, and scalability performance tests for web applications and APIs.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and manage distributed test runs using BlazeMeter with integrated reporting.
Create Playwright-based UI automation scripts for critical user journeys and integrate performance and automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter scripting and execution, BlazeMeter platform for performance test management, and Playwright for UI automation.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or C# and experience with performance monitoring tools such as Grafana.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant software engineering and test automation roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated capability in combining performance engineering (load, stress, throughput metrics) with test automation in complex enterprise environments.
Experience leveraging enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to responsible AI use policies.
Familiarity with containerized/cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and strong understanding of performance metrics correlation, infrastructure monitoring, and CI/CD integration workflows.
