Proficient with Kafka or other messaging systems, key APIs (JPA, JTA, CDI), build tools (Maven, Gradle), version control (Git), CI systems (TeamCity, Jenkins).
Experienced working in Agile environments on cloud-based financial or compliance products is preferred though not mandatory.
Strong technical breadth across front-end React and back-end Java microservices with hands-on coding and architectural decision involvement.
Ability to communicate effectively in English to collaborate with stakeholders and support knowledge transfer to wider teams.
