Design secure, scalable architectures to enable digital transformation across RTX and business units, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and cybersecurity compliance.
Contribute to architecture governance, including participating in review boards, risk management, and agile delivery planning to reduce risk and rework.
Oversee System Security Plans (SSPs) for compliance, conduct security design and risk assessments of on-prem and cloud applications, and provide expert cybersecurity consulting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in cybersecurity OR Master’s degree with 8+ years in cybersecurity.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, solution architecture, solution engineering or related technical roles.
Experience with secure system design, architecture modeling, compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO-27001, NIST 800-171, CSF & CMMC) and securing cloud architectures (AWS, Azure).
Work Experience Required: 8+ years relevant cybersecurity experience; Location: Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India.

Experienced in bridging business unit needs with enterprise cybersecurity and architecture standards in complex, regulated environments (e.g., aerospace or defense).
Proficient at collaborating within agile/DevSecOps environments to shape secure-by-design solutions early in the project lifecycle and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong technical expertise in cloud and on-prem security architectures combined with governance and compliance oversight capabilities.
