Own and manage the Coupa platform ensuring day-to-day stability and leading strategic enhancements for the Procure-to-Pay function.
Architect and implement end-to-end P2P solutions, drive feature adoption, and oversee platform release cycles.
Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, mentor team members, and ensure process and data quality standards aligned with Procurement goals.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa and progression towards platform ownership and strategy.
Expert-level knowledge of Coupa modules including Procure-to-Order and system configuration (business rules, approval workflows, integrations).
Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders in Procurement functions.
Work location: Gurugram, India; Must work US shift hours up to midnight IST.

Senior-level professional with deep expertise and leadership experience in Coupa platform management and strategy.
Proven track record of influencing Procurement teams and driving platform adoption and process optimization.
Experienced technical mentor with strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex integrations, preferably including Workday Financials.
