Program Management Senior Lead - SVP

Lead and coordinate execution of large-scale, multi-program initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals in Markets Operations Books & Records.

Manage stakeholder relationships, program scope, risk, issue resolution, communication, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams including technology and operations.

Drive strategic transformation initiatives including risk reduction, process standardization, and implementation of new workflows and taxonomies in collaboration with senior management and global partners.

10+ years of experience in program or project management or related roles.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree potentially preferred.

Proven ability to manage multi-team programs with significant direct business impact and strategic responsibilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills required for senior-level interactions.

Experienced in leading complex, cross-functional program portfolios within financial services operations and technology environments.

Skilled at strategic alignment of program scope, business case development, and benefits realization in transaction processing or reconciliation domains.

Capable of driving governance, risk mitigation, and adherence to program delivery standards in large-scale transformation initiatives involving regulatory compliance and process engineering.
