Basic understanding of microfinance business and Joint Liability Groups (JLG) model preferred.
Work Experience Required: Fresher to maximum of 5 years in relevant sales/microfinance roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in microfinance sales with knowledge of JLG lending and credit management.
Capable of managing a team for business growth and market expansion.
Skilled in relationship management and loan portfolio quality control in field environments.
