Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO functional analysts to deliver end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, including SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Own planning, resource allocation, contract and license management to meet organizational P&L and leadership expectations.
Oversee solution architecture, integration with other SAP modules, quality assurance, testing, and continuous process improvements in financial reporting and data analytics.
Minimum Requirements
5–8+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
2 to 3 years of people management experience.
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, BE, IT or related field; MBA or CA/CPA preferred.
SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP FICO certification preferred; project management certification is a value addition.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing SAP FICO teams with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in SAP S/4HANA innovations (Universal Journal, Material Ledger, Central Finance) and cross-module integrations (MM, SD, PP, PS, HR).
Skilled in project management addressing risk, timelines, defect resolution, and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
