Technical Content Development Engineer (India)

Design and build technical interview questions including coding exercises, debugging challenges, and real-world engineering scenarios across multiple programming languages.

Write, test, and correct interview content and reference solutions using AI-assisted development tools, ensuring technical accuracy and fairness through peer review.

Analyze candidate performance data and interviewer feedback to update and improve interview content and partner with Content Architecture to enhance content development processes.

Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least one modern programming language.

Strong fundamentals in debugging, testing, code review, and providing technical feedback.

Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot).

Residency required in Bengaluru; work schedule overlapping with U.S. business hours preferred.

Experienced software engineer comfortable writing and reviewing technical content rather than building production systems.

Familiar with distributed, remote work environments and capable of collaborating on global teams with U.S. hour availability.

Strong written English communication to produce clear, precise interview materials and documentation.
