Design and build advanced, complex multi-step technical interview content for software engineering candidates, focusing on highest difficulty tier problems.

Write, test, and correct interview problems and reference solutions using multiple programming languages and AI-assisted development tools.

Lead peer review and use performance data and feedback to diagnose and resolve issues with underperforming content, collaborating with Content Architecture on standards and difficulty calibration.

4+ years of professional software engineering experience with complex systems or demanding problems.

Experience with debugging, testing, reviewing code and giving technical feedback to engineers.

Proficient in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for content creation.

Must reside in Bengaluru, India and have availability during US business hours.

Technically strong engineer comfortable with creating and reviewing challenging coding and debugging exercises at scale.

Experience working remotely with global teams and able to coordinate across time zones.

Skilled in leveraging data and feedback systematically to improve technical content quality and fairness.
