Own and deliver assigned software development tasks in agile iterations including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
Maintain and enhance existing web applications while leveraging generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot for accelerated development.
Collaborate with Technology Services and business stakeholders to analyze needs, recommend solutions, and support deployment and maintenance activities.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Strong experience with Vue.js (preferred) / React / Angular, Node.js frameworks (NestJS / Express), TypeScript / JavaScript, REST APIs, Docker, relational databases (MySQL / Microsoft SQL Server preferred), and cloud computing (Azure preferred).
Work following India Standard Time schedule aligned to U.S. Eastern business hours (1:30PM–10:30PM IST) and hybrid work mode in Gurgaon location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full software development lifecycle within agile teams, taking complete ownership of tasks through iterations.
Comfortable integrating modern developer tools including generative AI assistants to improve efficiency and code quality.
Capable of technical communication across diverse teams, articulating business requirements into technical solutions, and proactive in code reviews and process improvements.
