Own stability, resilience, and operational excellence of enterprise production reporting applications (Power BI, OAS/OBIEE, Tableau).
Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and strengthen platform reliability via automation and failover strategies.
Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams for migration to AWS and Snowflake; enhance CI/CD and deployment automation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any other discipline.
5-6 years experience in DevOps, Data Engineering, or Production Support.
Hands-on administration experience with Power BI, OAS/OBIEE, Oracle/PL-SQL, Informatica ETL, Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with AWS, Snowflake, CI/CD pipelines, production on-call rotations, and programming in Python, Java, or C.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing high-availability enterprise reporting platforms under production support conditions.
Demonstrates strong technical ownership in observability, automation, and reliability engineering for critical workloads.
Skilled at collaborating across business, IT, and cloud teams to deliver solutions meeting performance and SLA expectations.
