Senior Data Analyst

Lead and own complex, high-visibility analytics projects from defining scope to delivery and success criteria.

Act as a strategic advisor providing data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Mentor and lead junior analysts while establishing analytics best practices and driving data strategy and governance initiatives.

7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics including leading complex projects and mentoring others.

Expert-level SQL skills including query optimization and data modeling in warehouse environments.

Proficiency with at least one enterprise BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced spreadsheet skills.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in data analytics.

Experienced in translating ambiguous strategic business questions into structured analytics roadmaps and delivering actionable insights at executive levels.

Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in modern cloud data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks) and AI-driven automation for analytics.

Demonstrated capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and define data governance and best practices within an enterprise setting.
