Lead Java Full Stack Software Engineer

Lead and manage a cross-functional Java Full Stack development team responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable enterprise-grade applications following the product roadmap.

Own engineering standards within the team including design, code reviews, and the adoption of best practices, test-driven development, and Agile methodologies.

Incorporate and leverage emerging technologies such as GenAI advancements and oversee team members' professional and career development including line management responsibilities.

10+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Java 8 or higher.

Strong experience with Java Spring boot, Microservices (J2EE / JavaEE / Spring), Angular, React JS, and relational databases including PL/SQL and PostgreSQL.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, DevOps processes, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm), and cloud deployment.

Experience in Java Spring security (JWT, CSRF, RBAC), Hibernate/JPA, multithreading, messaging frameworks (IBM MQ, Kafka), and test-driven development.

Experienced leader capable of managing software development teams and driving architectural and design decision-making for enterprise applications.

Strong background in microservices, event-driven architecture, and working in Agile environments with high throughput and scalable applications.

Proactive adopter of new technologies, especially GenAI, and committed to continuous learning and team upskilling in cutting-edge software engineering practices.
