About This Role

Develop and maintain customer CRM integrations ensuring compatibility with latest CRM CTI APIs.

Collaborate in an agile team to deliver a scalable, highly available global voice platform with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Troubleshoot and support production environment following DevOps practices; design and implement software solutions using JavaScript, Java, Spring, and related technologies.

Minimum Requirements

6+ years of industry experience in frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

3+ years of experience in Java backend development with deep knowledge of Spring frameworks.

Experience designing and implementing scalable Microservices providing REST APIs.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong expertise in modern web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks indicating front-end orientation.

Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments handling complex multi-product system problems.

Capable of full-stack development with focus on both frontend and backend (Java, Spring) aligning with scalable, high-performance system design.
