Senior Software Engineer - Windows Systems

Analyze telemetry and trace data to diagnose and optimize Windows device software and hardware performance.

Lead design and architecture of system-level improvements spanning hardware, OS, firmware, and application layers.

Collaborate with internal teams and external OEM/hardware partners to deliver high-reliability, performance, and power-optimized Windows fundamentals.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

7+ years of software engineering experience with C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Experience with operating-system architecture, system-level development, and Windows internals including performance and power optimization.

2+ years of systems-analysis experience with low-level debugging and performance analysis tools.

Deep expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex system performance issues across hardware and software boundaries.

Operates effectively in ambiguous, data-driven environments to prioritize engineering investments.

Proven ability to influence technical direction and lead architecture decisions across multiple teams and external partners.
