Lead and manage test development team focused on embedded firmware within the storage domain (SSD, HDD, or storage systems).
Drive firmware development workflows utilizing AI-assisted tools for code generation, unit test generation, and code review.
Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities to improve test coverage, memory/code optimization, and defect analysis in embedded firmware tasks.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 12 years of experience managing test development teams in storage domain.
In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with embedded firmware development.
Expertise in Python programming and scripting languages.
Technical knowledge of storage interfaces such as PCIe/NVMe, SATA, or SAS, and experience with NAND flash or other non-volatile storage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of supervising junior engineers and working independently under multiple priorities.
Proficient in applying AI/GenAI tools and agentic workflows to firmware development and debugging for improved efficiency.
Familiar with Micron's AI Governance Policy and committed to continuous upskilling in evolving AI tools and methodologies.
