Strong hands-on expertise in frontend architecture using React + TypeScript including state management, component APIs, and modularization.
Proven experience building and maintaining reusable component libraries/design systems with versioning, adoption strategies, and accessibility compliance.
Experience with secure development practices for regulated customer-facing web applications and agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader capable of driving cross-team frontend architecture and adoption of reusable UI components at scale.
Strong background in regulated financial or fintech environments, comfortable navigating compliance and security requirements for customer-facing apps.
