About This Role
- Architect, implement, and manage enterprise-wide Akamai CDN solutions including onboarding and migration of websites, APIs, and digital assets.
- Optimize caching, acceleration, security (Kona Site Defender, Bot Manager, API Security, DDoS protection), and performance using Akamai analytics and Dynatrace for application monitoring and root cause analysis.
- Develop automation using Akamai APIs, Terraform, and scripting; provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years on Akamai CDN solutions.
- Strong expertise with Akamai Property Manager, Edge DNS, GTM, Cloudlets, Ion, DSA, and Akamai security solutions such as Kona WAF and Bot Manager.
- Hands-on experience using Dynatrace for application performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.

- Proficient in monitoring and observability using Dynatrace and integrating it with Akamai performance metrics.
