Build and lead a new Demo Engineering team in Bangalore, managing hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
Run and prioritize the demo engineering work queue, ensuring task assignment, progress tracking, and reporting to senior leadership.
Maintain architectural oversight and quality standards for demo builds, manage demo environments, and collaborate with Sales Engineers to translate requirements into demos.
Minimum Requirements
Experience managing a technical team responsible for building or configuring demos, solutions, or software, including hiring and performance feedback.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce platform builds and configuration at an admin level; Salesforce certification or Sitetracker platform experience preferred.
Experience working with or reviewing agentic AI / LLM-tool workflows for demo development.
Work location requirement: Bangalore, India with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office); work hours aligned to 2-10 PM IST for global team collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record of building or significantly scaling a technical team via strategic hiring and developing individual contributors into impactful roles.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high-quality bar on technical deliverables and oversee architecture for complex demo workflows including agentic AI/Scout-style patterns.
Experience working in or quickly learning infrastructure-heavy industries such as Telecom, Utilities, or Renewables and collaborating closely with sales or presales teams to deliver business-value aligned demos.
