Senior Site Reliability Engineer/Cloud Platform Engineer

Design, build, and automate end-to-end provisioning and management of multi-cloud, multi-tenant, and BYOC cloud infrastructure environments.

Develop production-grade automation tools and platform capabilities in Go and Python to enable self-service infrastructure operations for engineering teams.

Own operational reliability including on-call incident response, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, observability enhancements, and compliance guardrails integration.

8+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure roles with production cloud ownership.

Strong programming skills in Go and/or Python focused on maintainable infrastructure automation.

Deep hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes clusters and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.

Experience with at least one major public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Experienced in delivering scalable, secure, and compliance-sensitive infrastructure in B2B enterprise/cloud environments including dedicated or BYOC deployments.

Proven ability to build internal developer platforms, automation pipelines, or self-service tooling rather than only maintaining infrastructure.

Demonstrates strong incident response and systems debugging skills, capable of driving permanent fixes and reducing manual toil.
