STEP Technical Governance & Solution Assurance Lead

Lead end-to-end delivery and operational governance of SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP development factory aligning with STEP roadmap and enterprise architecture principles.

Manage cross-functional internal and external teams, technology partners to deliver scalable, secure, compliant SAP solutions supporting global business transformation.

Drive continuous improvement, automation, innovation, and maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards in SAP environments.

10+ years experience in SAP solution delivery or related IT services, preferably with large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP BTP, integration services, extensibility, and scalability.

Proven leadership in managing SAP development factories or large cross-functional delivery teams and vendors.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Fluent English.

Experienced in global SAP delivery environments involving complex governance and compliance requirements in regulated, quality-driven contexts.

Skilled in technical governance, prioritisation, risk management, and portfolio oversight of SAP enterprise solutions.

Familiar with modern engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation within SAP and digital transformation programs.
