Lead design, optimization, and testing of supply chain and end-to-end network scenarios using analytical tools like OMP, spreadsheets, and simulation modeling.
Drive and own cost-to-serve, productivity and service improvement initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain resulting in measurable improvements in costs, cash flow, asset utilization, and customer service.
Develop and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations via analytics and storytelling to influence cross-functional stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels.
3–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations or related process improvement roles.
University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
Experience with supply chain network design and optimization tools such as OMP; familiarity with ERP and supply planning platforms like SAP, DOC, MEIO preferred.
APICS and/or Six Sigma certification preferred; experience with analytics/reporting tools such as Power BI or Python preferred.
Experienced in end-to-end supply chain design and optimization with strong modeling and analytical skills.
Capable of leading and implementing cross-functional improvement initiatives by influencing without authority across regions.
Comfortable working across different time zones and delivering measurable value through data-driven decision making and collaboration.
