Proficiency in Python, experience with RAG architectures, hybrid retrieval (BM25, vector databases, semantic search), and AI evaluation frameworks like RAGAS.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and conducting code reviews while mentoring engineering teams.
