Develop and build an agentic platform for Routing Director's Conversational Interface using frontier or open-weight LLMs with Bring Your Own LLM approach.
Design, implement, and deliver reliable, scalable, and secure agentic workflows and platform APIs enabling safe and efficient AI agent operation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop use cases, participate in design reviews, and ensure feature delivery aligns with product release milestones.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
2-4 years of relevant work experience in software engineering, specifically with agentic AI systems.
Proficiency in Python and experience with OpenAI APIs, LLM capabilities, and orchestrating agentic workflows.
Experience with Kubernetes, scalable platform API design, software development lifecycle including version control, testing, debugging, and deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building agentic AI systems incorporating memory, tool execution, monitoring, and automation workflows.
Skilled in designing scalable, secure platform APIs and integrations that empower product teams to build agentic AI applications.
Comfortable working independently within established frameworks while actively collaborating with product and QA teams for aligned delivery.
