Lead troubleshooting and resolution of customer-reported hardware and software issues, including replicating environments and documenting communications.
Own customer advocacy for timely problem resolution, deeply understand customer network infrastructure and impact on business.
Provide technical expertise for testing, deployment, and operations; participate in new product projects, knowledge base creation, and mentor support engineers.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

Work Location: Onsite at HPE office; must support weekend and pager rotation coverage.
Experienced in troubleshooting complex network issues across Juniper and other platforms (Cisco, Arista, Alcatel).
Familiar with advanced multicast and datacenter technologies such as NG-MVPN, MC-LAG, VxLAN, EVPN, and scripting (Perl/Python/Unix/Expect).
Holds or pursuing relevant certifications (JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE/CCNA/CCNP/CCIE) with ability to mentor peers and engage in cross-team knowledge sharing.
