Lead troubleshooting and resolution of customer-reported network issues involving Juniper routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies.

This is an onsite role requiring work from an HPE office and participation in weekend and pager rotations.
Experienced in complex network troubleshooting with in-depth understanding of customer network environments and hardware/software issues.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, customer communication, and mentoring peers in technical specialties.
Familiar with advanced networking technologies such as NG-MVPN, MC-LAG, VxLAN, EVPN and scripting with Perl/Python/Unix to support automation and diagnostics.
