Own expert support and consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance and Costing modules ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Manage high severity financial cases through root cause analysis and collaboration across cross-functional teams, supporting incident and service requests per SLAs.
Design and configure financial processes like intercompany transactions, consolidation, month-end close, and provide client guidance on best practices within D365 F&O.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Chartered Accountant credential.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations focusing on finance modules.
Ability to work US hours (3rd Shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST) with clear English communication to interact with US clients.
Strong understanding of D365 F&O financial functionalities including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, budgeting, tax, cost management and cost accounting.
Experienced in supporting and configuring finance and costing functionalities in large enterprise D365 F&O implementations, including multi-entity and project accounting environments.
Capable of independently managing multiple client expectations, providing long-term solutions, and working with cross-functional technical and consulting teams.
Comfortable working in a client-facing role during US hours, with strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex issues clearly to US-based clients.
