Proven ability to manage and improve operational delivery models within professional services or consulting contexts across multiple business units.
Strong analytical and process-oriented with experience in executing governance, resource planning, and operational reporting at enterprise scale.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and enterprise transformation initiatives.
