Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
3-5+ years experience in Project Operations, PMO Operations, Professional Services Operations, Resource Management, Business Operations, or Operational Excellence.
Experience with professional services, consulting, or technology services operations including resource planning, capacity forecasting, and operational governance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with PSA, ERP, CRM, IT ticketing, and project portfolio management systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to manage and improve operational delivery models within professional services or consulting contexts across multiple business units.
Strong analytical and process-oriented with experience in executing governance, resource planning, and operational reporting at enterprise scale.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and enterprise transformation initiatives.
