Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in complex environments.
Mandatory experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter systems.
Strong claims processing knowledge and experience required.
Experience with iterative/agile methodologies and working knowledge of SDLC and PMLC processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading requirements definition for strategic initiatives in insurance claims.
Skilled in creating detailed documentation such as process diagrams, data flows, use cases, traceability matrices, and report mock-ups.
Comfortable interfacing with business management for negotiation, walkthroughs, and consensus-building.
