Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on Ironclad and/or Agiloft CLM platforms including workflows, templates, business rules, dashboards, and automation.
Lead integration efforts between Ironclad and/or Agiloft platforms and other enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.
Support pre-sales, solution architecture, client implementation, training, and client success initiatives related to CLM platform deployments.
4–5 years of experience working with Ironclad and/or Agiloft and CLM platforms.
Ironclad and/or Agiloft Certified Administrator certification required.
Experience with integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON) and configuration/customization of Ironclad and/or Agiloft CLM.
Work Experience Required: 4–5 years specifically with Ironclad and/or Agiloft CLM platforms.
Experienced in designing and architecting enterprise-level CLM solutions leveraging Ironclad and/or Agiloft platforms.
Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical clients and collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
Skilled in Agile methodologies, integration with CRM/ERP systems, and knowledgeable about legal and compliance aspects of contract management.
