Generic NOC/IT operations role with broad Azure and networking skills and mid-level experience expectation attracts high competition.
Core skills (networking, Azure, end-user compute, ITIL) are broadly transferable across industries, so fit sensitivity is low.
Role requires specific NOC/IT service desk experience, Azure and ITIL familiarity, and shift-based availability, increasing screening filters moderately.
